INSTRUCTORS

 

The doors to Refuel GFF opened in 2013 with 3 instructors and 13 classes.   Refuel has grown into 2 locations and offers over 55 classes weekly, with a team of 16 instructors.  Refuel offers fun exercise programs and advice on healthy eating through weight loss challenges. They give you the tools, support and encouragement needed to achieve a healthier, fitter YOU.  Refuel strives not only to help their members, but to bring awareness about health and fitness to the entire community.

DANELLE FRENCH

OWNER / INSTRUCTOR / PERSONAL TRAINER

 

Danelle began her career in health and fitness as a Weight Watchers Leader while traveling the US.  After leading meetings in 3 states she and her family settled in the Newark area in 2012.  Before long, she left WW to pursue her dream of opening a fitness facility. Her dreams came true in 2013 when the doors of Refuel Group Fitness opened for the first time.

 

Danelle is currently certified and/or licensed to teach Kettlebell AMPD, Bokwa Fitness, Bokwa Step and Up, Hang Tight Boot Camp, Zumba Fitness, Zumba B2, Zumba Toning, Zumba Gold, Zumba Kids, Kid Fit, AMPD Power Flow, Power Yoga, Basic Yoga, Yoga Mix, Turbo kick, PiYo Live, Cize, Core de Force, Country Heat Live, and Pound.  Her general certifications include Group Exercise, SilverSneakers, Personal Training, Weight Loss and Management, and CPR.

Julie is currently a certified personal trainer, Certified group fitness and Silver Sneakers instructor.

Heather is currently licensed Zumba Fitness, Zumba Toning, Zumba Sentao, Zumba Step, Aqua Zumba and CPR/First Aid.
